Novus is Latin for new and Nexus is Latin for connection. The graphical design for the Novus Nexus name has us in a distinct color to underscore our core principle “us”. Us stands for the Novus Nexus ecosystem of customers, clients, partners and the internal team. We approach all that we do to make us successful. Us is our mission. The connected spheres in the logo symbolize connection or nexus and illustrate the abstract modeling principle applied to CAE including the important many to one capability. 

Novus Nexus solutions streamline the process from CAD to simulation set-up by offering a novel abstract modeling technology,  Abstract models are geometry agnostic thereby enabling reliable automatic processes to significantly reduce pre-processing effort while capturing best practices to consistently produce dependable and comparable simulation results. 

VCollab maximizes the benefit of CAE investments through “smart” extraction of actionable Simulation Information from CAE results to enable, improve and accelerate informed design decisions, innovation and consistent design validation.

Simulations results are usually available as PDF or PowerPoint reports with limited information.  VCollab enables 3D/2D reports with complete and interrogatable information easily accessible by everybody in the product development team.  The generation of custom 3D reports can be automated using Python scripts, created either by the end user or, as a service, by VCollab.

The VCollab solution suite includes desktop and web server based viewers that allow access to simulation results using standard web browsers, without the need of installing any viewing software.
